Shipping

We print each order after you buy it. We ship within 3 business days. We ship to US addresses only, by USPS Ground Advantage. The price includes shipping. Your order page shows the tracking number after your order ships.

Returns and refunds

If an item has a defect, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 30 days. We will replace the item or refund your payment. You can return an unused item that is not personalized within 30 days for a refund of the item price. You pay the return shipping. We cannot return a personalized item unless it has a defect. To cancel an order that has not shipped, contact us. Refunds go to your original payment method.

Privacy

We keep your name, email address, delivery address, and order details so that we can make and ship your order. Stripe processes your payment. We never see or keep your card number. We share your name and address with the shipping service to make your label. We use a mail service to send your order emails. We do not sell your data. We do not use advertising pixels or tracking cookies. To ask for a copy of your data, or to ask us to delete it, contact us. We keep records that tax law tells us to keep.

Terms

We make these parts with a 3D printer, in plastic. Small marks and layer lines are normal. These parts are not safety parts, medical parts, or food contact parts. Do not use a part where its failure can cause injury. Our total responsibility for an order is limited to the amount that you paid for it, except where the law does not allow this limit.
